- How to Enter: The $1000 Meijer Shopper Panel Monthly Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 am EST on May 20, 2001 and ends at midnight EST on December 31, 2015 (Sweepstakes Period). Customers enter the Sweepstakes by becoming Panelists in the Meijer Shopper Panel as described below.
To enter the Sweepstakes, you must complete the Meijer Shopper Panel "My Profile" page on Meijer's Internet Website. Completing the registration form does not make you an automatic winner. To win, your name must still be drawn in a random drawing of all participants who have completed the registration form on the website.
You may enter only ONCE per email address. Duplicate entries will be voided. Limit one prize per household and/or family. Entries will be recorded by time (EST) and date.
- Eligibility: You must be a legal resident of the United States and be 18 years of age or older to enter. Meijer Team Members and their immediate families are eligible.
