Summary of Recall: Maggie's Farm has issued a voluntary recall of one lot of Maggie's Farm Simply Effective Bed Bug & Flea Killer 14 oz aerosol. The pressurized cans could leak, or in rare cases, rupture and expel shrapnel, posing injury and laceration hazards to consumers. The liquid inside the can is not affected but could pose a risk of eye or skin irritation upon contact. This recall is being conducted in cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. 

Product Description: The affected product carried by Meijer is in the chart below. No other products carried by Meijer are impacted.

Hazard: The pressurized cans could leak, or in rare cases, rupture and expel shrapnel, posing injury and laceration hazards to consumers. The liquid inside the can is not affected but could pose a risk of eye or skin irritation upon contact.

What You Should Do: Consumers who have purchased this product should discontinue use immediately and return the product to the nearest Meijer store for a full refund.
